This global Innovation-led programme is focused on reducing construction time, improving safety and quality, and significantly lowering costs. The role of the Project Manager will be crucial in supporting this transformation, coordinating efforts across diverse internal and external partners and technical workstreams.Your new roleWe are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join the Project Development team, focusing on the improvement of FEED processes as well as pushing innovation for future projects. You will act as the secondary point of accountability for project-level coordination, driving forward high-quality deliverables, managing reporting cadences, and supporting the technical leads across multiple workstreams. Your role will be key to ensuring the delivery of excellence in a complex, cross-functional, and future-facing project.What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in project management of complex physical delivery (i.e. not software), cross-functional initiativesStrong capabilities in project planning, monitoring, and reportingProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partnersStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAdept in facilitating stakeholder meetings and producing high-quality reports and presentationsWhat you'll get in returnAs well as working within a diverse and groundbreaking development team, you will be afforded an attractive pay rate, and flexible working in modern office space in a well-connected area of London.
