Distinct supports a Leicestershire business in recruiting an interim Business Continuity Specialist for a three-month contract.Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.This is a pivotal role supporting the enhancement and delivery of their business continuity and crisis management framework during a key period of transition and risk review.Location: Leicestershire (hybrid offered)You can:Lead the review, update, and implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across key departmentsProduce relevant documentationSupport the coordination of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessmentsPartner with stakeholders across IT, Operations, HR, and Risk to embed business continuity awarenessAssist with the planning and delivery of crisis management exercises and scenario testingPartner with senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, HR, and Risk to embed business continuity awarenessContribute to the development of incident response protocols and communication plansDevelop policies and strategiesBackground:Proven experience in Business Continuity Management, ideally within a mid-to-large organisationStrong knowledge of BCP lifecycle, including BIAs, risk mitigation, and resilience strategies.Ability to quickly integrate into teams and deliver value at pace.Available to start a contract at short notice
