Based in Leeds, this role bridges strategic intelligence gathering with tactical, data-driven insights to enhance client operations around the world. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, critical thinker with a background in intelligence operations, OSINT, and data analytics, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic security environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, assess, and interpret open-source data, social media, and use proprietary platforms to identify potential threats or disruptors to client operations globallyDeliver timely, actionable intelligence to decision-makers through dynamic reports and briefingsCreate and maintain products, including strategic threat assessments, criminal trend reports, and monthly assessmentsDevelop social media monitoring programs using OSINT tools and platforms to anticipate and mitigate risksWork closely with global AHNA assets and business units to align intelligence outputs with operational requirementsSupport and evolve the organizations Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), identifying and filling collection gapsProduce tailored intelligence presentations and visualizations based on stakeholder or client needsApply data analytics tools to support trend analysis, risk modelling, and predictive insightsMust be able to handle internal and external data sources, and analyse and integrate trends, patterns, and connectionsEnsure the analytic quality and consistency of all reports and outputs in line with AHNA standardsQualifications & Requirements:Experience:Must have: Strong data analytics training and proven capabilitieswith one or more of the followingBachelors degree in a related field with 2+ years relevant experience3+ years experience in intelligence operations from corporate security, law enforcement, military, or academiaTechnical Competencies:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience with intelligence platforms and/or situational awareness toolsProficiency in data analysis or visualization toolsUnderstanding of social media monitoring techniques and the Intelligence CycleStrong OSINT research skills, including incident tracking and event monitoringDesirable Qualities:Language proficiency in English, highly recommended in FrenchAbility to travel to client offices in EuropePersonal Attributes:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and conciselyStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive prioritiesHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to work with cross-functional and diverse teamsAbility to operate independently and under pressure, particularly in rapidly evolving situationsStrong customer service mindset and a commitment to building trustworthy relationships internally and externallyOther Requirements:Clean criminal background checkRight to work in the UKWhat We Offer:A supportive, team-oriented environment with upward mobility potentialA unique opportunity to combine data analytics and intelligenceWork at the intersection of global operations, intelligence, and technologyCompetitive salary, with growth and development opportunities
