My client is a leading consultancy and have a globally recognised M&A team. As part of an ambitious and growing Corporate Finance team, they are looking for an Assistant Director to join them. This role is key in strengthening their execution and origination capabilities across the Thames Valley and South Coast, supporting their continued growth objectives. You will work closely with junior colleagues to prepare key documentation for disposals, acquisitions, and fundraising, including information memoranda and business plans.
