Job Title: Demand PlannerFind out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Location: North Scarle, LincolnshireAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Demand Planner to join our supply chain team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising product and materials planning across our operations. This position is ideal for someone with prior FMCG demand planning experienceespecially within packaging, food, or pharmaceutical sectors.Initially, this role is based full-time at our Lincolnshire office, with travel to our other manufacturing site. Once fully trained and competent, hybrid working arrangements may be considered.Key Responsibilities:Product & Materials PlanningManage supply of finished products to meet customer demand and delivery requirementsPlan manufacturing needs and ensure efficient communication with production and transport teamsOrder and manage the supply of raw materials and packaging from multiple suppliersReview forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid disruption to productionProactively manage supplier relationships to ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) deliveriesSupply Chain CoordinationLiaise daily with suppliers and internal teams to resolve service or stock issues quicklyLead investigations and complaints handling with a continuous improvement mindsetSupport internal administration including sales/purchase order creation, inter-company transfers, and use of customer portalsAbout You:Strong FMCG demand planning background (packaging, food or pharma preferred)Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essentialHighly analytical, detail-focused and confident working with numbersEffective communicator, especially via email, with strong written and verbal skillsComfortable working independently and collaboratively across functionsProactive, flexible and able to adapt to changing prioritiesIf youre a proactive planner looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced and dynamic business, wed love to hear from you!Noble Foods is a family-owned company which began in 1920 and includes successful milling, poultry, agriculture, and consumer foods businesses.
