Senior Planner / Planning ManagerPlease make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Leicester50k - 65k basic plus packageI am working with a developer in Leicester who are looking to strengthen its team with a senior town planner or planning manager.You would work closely with the rest of the team and report directly in the group Director. At the moment the region is buying a lot of land and also has a couple of large strategic sites that are coming through the system.The business is one of the leading developers in the UK The product is one of high quality As such the role will give you an opportunity to work on projects that will be of real interest.You will be a town planner who has a detailed experience of working on residential planning applications. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of the East Midlands regions and understand the current policies in these areas.You will be currently working for either a House builder, Strategic Land promoter or planning consultancy and looking to make your next move to a progressive award winning company.You will be a bright, articulate and ambitious planner who wants to take control of the planning function.Key RequirementsIdeally RTPI.At least 3-4 years post-graduationBe currently working for a Strategic Land promoter, House builder or planning consultancyBright, ambitious and determined for success.
