Location: Derby (Hybrid 12 days onsite) Rate: 68.25 per hour (Inside IR35) - Via Umbrella Contract: 12 months Hours: 22.5 per week (3 days), with potential to increase to 29.5 hrs (4 days)Were partnering with a global engineering organisation on a high-impact transformation programme, and theyre looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to support performance management and drive cost optimisation across the business.This role sits within the Global Business Services (GBS) function, supporting both the finance and programme teams, and reporting to the VP of Finance and the Senior Programme Manager. Youll be joining a collaborative team of 10 accountants and playing a key role in shaping finance strategy across this evolving landscape.What youll be doing:Supporting delivery of a major change programme and ensuring benefits realisationLeading budget, forecast, and actuals analysis across multiple currenciesProviding insights to senior stakeholders and driving performance outcomesEnsuring financial compliance and audit-ready documentationContributing to strategic reporting and investment committee updatesWhat were looking for:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar rolesStrong analytical skills and background in enterprise environmentsExperience with EAP systems and global finance processesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsReady to make an impact while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule?
