To carry out this role you must have recent recruitment experience, ideally working in a corporate environment.Working in a fast-paced environment you will be supporting 2 HR Business Partners with:Recruitment administration: screening CVS, scheduling interviews, administering assessments, preparing offers and offersManaging the onboarding processManaging agency relationships and acting as the first point of contactAdvertising roles on the intranet and external sitesSupporting with direct sourcing initiativesProviding feedback to unsuccessful candidatesMonitoring the agency PSLSupporting with the administration for the yearly internship programmeTo carry out this role you must have:Previous experience in recruitment administration, ideally within a Financial Services environmentProven experience providing a confidential, quality administrative serviceFamiliarity with Workday would be an advantage
