They have a huge demand for HVAC work at present so require a HVAC professional who can help them assess the viability of jobs and manage the projects themselves.They are happy to consider candidates who are stepping up into this role and have not been project managers before, you just need to have a solid understanding of HVAC systems and ideally a background in on the tools work.Key ResponsibilitiesQuoting of HVAC project worksCollaborating with all necessary stakeholders in relation to all project worksSelecting and coordinating contractors needed for projectsSelecting and coordinating tools and materials needed for projectsRegular site visits to check progress and amendments to requirementsCultivating strong working relationships with both clients and staffTracking and analysing the financial performance of jobsQualifications, Skills & ExperienceNVQ Level 3 in HVAC qualificationStrong Experience in the commercial industry specifically HVACHigh level project management and implementation skillsFull UK driving licence
