The role will suit an experienced construction planner or programmer with a good grasp of residential project timelines, build stages, and coordination with site teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain construction programmes and schedulesCollaborate with Construction Managers to develop site routes and layout plansIssue weekly programme updates and track site progressMaintain key tracking systems including trackers and schedulesMonitor project delays and issue exception reportsConduct weekly sales reporting and update CML datesAttend D&B meetings and coordinate build route adjustmentsAssist in monthly contractor reports including key photos and datesConduct random site visits to monitor progressCoordinate EPC submissions and update COINS with progressLiaise with senior management on EOTs, LADs, and contractual obligationsWhat Were Looking For:Proficient in ASTA, MS Project, or similar planning softwareSolid understanding of construction programming and project planningFamiliarity with building regulations and construction standardsExcellent communication and stakeholder liaison skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesAbility to multitask across several active projectsDegree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or related disciplinePrevious experience in residential construction, programming, or senior coordination roles.Whats on Offer:Salary of up to 50,000 depending on experience6,500 car allowance25% company bonusSalary sacrifice car scheme (available to all employees)Up to 33 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 39 with service)Private medical insuranceEnhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave2 volunteering days per yearSalary sacrifice pension schemeLife assurance 4x annual salaryShare save and incentive schemesEmployee rewards portal and more
