In this central role, you will take the lead on the planning, execution, and evaluation of a wide variety of eventsfrom exhibitions and trade shows to internal presentations and roundtable discussions.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at stakeholder communication, and is passionate about delivering memorable and impactful experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Event Management: Lead on all phases of event planning and deliveryensuring every detail is thought through and executed to a high standard.Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to align objectives and expectations.Logistics Oversight: Manage venue bookings, floorplans, AV requirements, catering, accommodation, and transportation as needed.Guest Management: Send invitations, track RSVPs, manage attendee communications, and respond to queries.Delegate Resources: Produce and distribute event materials including name badges, agendas, signage, and other supporting content.Brand Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing Assistant to deliver promotional items, branded materials, and giveaways.Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure all data handling complies with GDPR.Budget Control: Monitor and track budgets to ensure cost-effective and timely event delivery.On-site Leadership: Be the go-to contact during events, managing live operations and troubleshooting in real time.Post-Event Reporting: Collect attendee feedback, evaluate event success, and suggest improvements for future activities.Skills, Experience & QualificationsProven track record in coordinating successful events.Strong multitasking and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with event/project management tools.Creative and proactive, with a solution-focused mindset.Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.Sound knowledge of GDPR and best practices in event data handling.AtTrustMark,webelievethatouremployeesareourgreatestasset.Wearecommittedtofosteringasupportiveworkenvironmentwhereeveryteammembercanthrive.The role attracts a competitive salary and bonus scheme alongside a non-contributory company pension, work-life balance with a nine-day fortnight, life assurance, employee assistance program (EAP), cycle to work scheme, electric vehicle scheme and a health & dental cash plan with a rewards hub.
