This role requires a warm, approachable, and professional individual who can handle a variety of administrative and customer-facing responsibilities with confidence and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls promptly, transferring them to the appropriate department or taking accurate messages. Manage the dealerships front desk and waiting area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with relevant literature. Book and confirm appointments for the sales and service departments as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and other correspondence. Provide refreshments for waiting customers and notify relevant staff of customer arrivals. Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and updating customer records. Support the Sales, Aftersales, and Management teams with ad hoc tasks when required. Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a front-of-house or customer service role preferred (automotive industry experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and manner. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
