This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating impactful digital solutions, driving strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams.About the PositionAs a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering new digital services and capabilities. You will lead product strategy, oversee the product lifecycle, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-value solutions. Positions are available at varying levels of seniority, from mid-level to senior leadership roles.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesShape the strategic direction for one or more digital products, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and user needs.Translate complex challenges into structured plans and prioritize work for product teams.Conduct research, experiments, and user testing to inform product decisions.Act as the customer advocate by gathering insights and feedback to guide product development.Establish and track product KPIs to assess impact and guide continuous improvement.Write and review user stories, ensuring product requirements are clearly defined and actionable.Partner with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring digital products to market.Maintain and communicate a product roadmap aligned with user value and business strategy.Use analytics tools to monitor product performance and make data-led decisions.Essential RequirementsRight to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in digital product management for mid-level roles, 4+ years for senior roles, and 5+ years for lead.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and associated tools.Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing practices.Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.Skilled in using data to influence product direction and prioritisation.Proven experience in managing iterative product delivery using Agile frameworks.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a dynamic and inclusive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and personal development.
