Residential Property Paralegal Newcastle (2-days WFH)£28,000 - £35,000 per annumI am working alongside an established UK full-service law firm, who have multiple offices around the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a friendly and supportive Property team based in Newcastle. This full-time role is ideal for someone with at least 4 years' experience managing a range of residential property transactions.Responsibilities of Residential Property Paralegal·      Manage your own caseload and support senior members of the team.·      Provide advice to clients on the conveyancing process.·      Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, Land Registry, and third-party solicitors.·      Draft and amend transaction documents, including advice notes, letters, and post-completion forms.·      Ensure compliance with client service standards.·      Contribute to business development activities.Requirements:·      Minimum 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing.·      Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.·      Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.·      Detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic.·      Flexibility to occasionally work beyond standard hours.If you have the relevant prior legal property experience and want to join a supportive firm that offers career growth opportunities, then we'd love to hear from you.Residential Property Paralegal – Newcastle - UK
