Mechanical Technical Manager £55,000p/a Newcastle - static site based I'm currently recruiting for a Mechanical Technical Services Manager to lead up a technical team at large estate in Newcastle. You will be in charge of technical compliance and KPI's across the estate and delivering a strong service to the customer in planned and reactive maintenance, as well as lifecycle works.The role is working in a healthcare environment so an in-depth knowledge of HTMs would be ideal. You will audit the sites and ensure all AP paperwork is in order and you will conduct training courses with mechanical engineers to upskill them in this area as required.
