Role Overview:Operating in a fast-paced environment, this role involves delivering response maintenance repairs, ensuring requests are completed efficiently and cost-effectively while providing first-class service to our customers. The focus is on Response Repair Services and Void Works, including fencing, concreting, demolition, and minor build works. Key Duties/Responsibilities:Work on void and tenanted properties Collaborate with team members to provide courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants Perform tasks such as kerbing, flagging, fencing, block work, concreting, finishing, demolition, and operating plant equipment Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy Follow instructions to meet client needs Observe health and safety regulations, using appropriate safety equipment Complete and submit relevant documentation accurately and timely, electronically or on paper Perform any other tasks as required Education / Experience - Essential Criteria:Minimum of 2 years relevant construction industry experience Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service Valid CSR Card Full driving license Desirable Criteria:Experience in the social housing sector Working at Heights certification Experience erecting scaffolding Experience operating plant equipment with relevant tickets Experience using PDA, smartphones, or mobile working devices Skills / Competencies:Good literacy and numeracy skills Basic IT skills Confident, reliable, flexible, and adaptable Effective time management to meet deadlines Excellent teamwork skills Additional Requirements:Valid CSR Card At least 2 years of construction experience Full driving license Seniority level:Entry level Employment type:Full-time Job function:Management and Manufacturing Industry:Construction#J-18808-Ljbffr
