Excavator and Wheeled Loading Shovel DriverExcavator and Wheeled Loading Shovel Driver Leith, Edinburgh Full–Time Permanent Position Do you have experience working in the Waste or Construction industries? Are you ambitious and driven? Do you have an eye for the development and support of your colleagues along the way? If the answer to the above is yes then we may have the perfect role for you. We are looking for an 360 Excavator Driver and A Wheeled / tracked Loading Shovel Driver to work at our Depots. What will you be responsible for? Maintain a high level of safe working across the site. Loading material into various vehicles Fixed Plant / Shredders / Trommel Pre-picking waste Good general daily housekeeping of the site Carrying out daily safety, greasing, and maintenance checks and documenting as per company procedures Checking and re-filling fuel and oil daily Effective Communication to other vehicle operators at sites to ensure safe and efficient working environment Loading plant as the optimal rate Ensure machinery and cabins are locked at end of shifts. Complete any other reasonable tasks or requests as required. Ensure breakdowns are reported to line manager in accordance with the site escalation process.
