This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the effective upkeep and operation of a diverse property portfolio, supporting essential community services.Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine inspections and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities across various sitesLiaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of worksMaintain accurate records, work logs, and compliance documentationEnsure adherence to health 'safety standards and statutory regulationsAssist in project delivery, including refurbishment and minor worksAbout You: You will have a solid background in building maintenance or facilities management, ideally within a public sector or institutional setting. A practical understanding of building systems (e.g. electrical, plumbing, HVAC), along with strong organisational skills, is essential.Requirements:Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experienceKnowledge of building compliance, health 'safety, and maintenance best practicesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesIT literacy and experience using maintenance management systems (e.g. CAFM)Full UK driving licence (desirable, depending on site coverage)Why Apply?
