This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Graduate School and enhance the postgraduate student experience, collaborate with academic departments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. About the personWe seek a dynamic individual to develop and deliver training in leadership and management related to CMI accreditation, contributing to the growth of the Graduate School and the postgraduate experience. Responsibilities include planning, designing, and delivering training, assessing student needs, developing tailored solutions, and building external partnerships. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, organisational, ICT, and communication skills, with experience in engaging training methods and stakeholder collaboration. Ability to work evenings and weekends, and flexibility during September and October, are required.
