The Commodities Operations team is responsible for providing front to back support for all Commodities. The team ensures smooth transaction flows, accuracy, and reduced operational risks. What you’ll do:Be responsible for executing on key operational controls, often time-sensitive and business-critical, focusing on risk reduction, control management, and escalations. Act as an analytical and procedural expert, identifying and escalating control deficiencies and issues to senior management as needed. Develop expertise in internal systems, including automated trade feeds, data mappings, and downstream reporting configurations. Collaborate daily across Global Clients, Trading, and Operations teams to provide solutions and identify/resolve root causes. Serve as a key point of contact for the team across internal and external stakeholders. Provide input to simplify, improve, and measure processes by delivering enhancements to the control environment. What we’ll need from you:Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under high pressure, adhering to strict intraday cutoffs and timelines. Highly flexible and agile approach.
