PartnershipsDirector Overview of job This Partnerships Director role is the link between our Global Investment specialists andGroupM and agencyClient Account teams, working to define and deliver joint businessplan (JBP)partnership opportunities for key global clients,primarily Colgate-Palmolive but with the opportunity to expand to other brands such as The Coca Cola Company and Mars. This role will also work in tandem with Strategy leads and Account teams to identify relevant media partners, to then develop integrated investment strategies with, delivering best in class, progressive, strategic client partnerships. Aided by support from the broader team, the Partnerships Director will define client’s JBPs with media partners, such as Google, Metaand TikTok, to maximise client benefits, and then work to deliver these commercial and strategic benefits, throughout the year. Cooperation with, and ordination of, local and regional market teams will be central to this, to ensure a consistent approach and successful execution of the negotiated benefits. This role will require high levels of coordination and organization as it will involve management of a complex client and agency structure. Partnerships Director ThePartnershipsDirectorwill need to gain a deep understanding of our client’s businessesand will need to apply theirdigital(and to a lesser extent, offline)landscape and strategicknowledge to ensure thattheclient partnershipteamdeliversthe most effective plans to deliver on the client’s objectivesand the changing entertainment marketing landscape. They will beresponsible for managingpartner relationships with the key digital vendors (Meta, Amazon, Google,etc.) to ensure that our clients gainmaximumbenefitsfromtrading dealsbrokeredand JBPs. Measurement isakeypart of therole,sothis roleis also responsible for ensuring thatdigital investment associated with the JBPs is tracked and reported back to the client, to ensure full transparency of pacing versus any investment endeavours in place.
