We work with every lender and are familiar with all their procedures and documentation requiring witnessing, signing, and certifying.Role Description We are seeking a solicitor to provide independent legal advice for property transactions. The successful candidate should be comfortable using Zoom for meetings via our automated booking system and possess a certain level of IT competence.Types of Independent Legal Advice Residential and Commercial property, including buy-to-let portfolios, bridging and development loans requiring a solicitor’s certification. This includes director’s guarantees, JBSPs, TR1s, ID1s & ID5s, and commercial transactions such as cross guarantees and deeds of subordination.Role ParticularsFull-time On-Site: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pmHolidays: 4 weeksNQ + 2 years ideally, but not essentialProperty experience preferred but not essential#J-18808-Ljbffr
