Position: Packaging Operator My client is looking for a Packaging Operator to support high-speed packaging operations within a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical environment.Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.Responsibilities will include operating and maintaining packaging equipment, completing documentation, supporting compliance and quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement.This role requires strong GMP knowledge, attention to detail, and previous experience in pharmaceutical production or a regulated manufacturing setting.Responsibilities: Set up, operate, clean, and maintain high-speed packaging equipment Complete batch documentation and perform SAP transactions Conduct in-process testing, yield calculations, sampling, and inspection Participate in installation, qualification, and validation of packaging equipment Support quality investigations, complete deviations and CAPAs Ensure compliance with health 'safety and GMP guidelines Conduct stock checks and support inventory control via SAP Actively contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Engineering, Planning, etc.) Train other team members and assist with audits and inspections Qualifications: Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical manufacturing environment Strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging processes and equipment Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail in regulated environments Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Positive attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to take ownership Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure
