This role is perfect for someone with a can-do attitude, a strong team spirit, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Join us and play a key part in keeping our high-performing team running smoothly.How you will contributeAssisting Practice Manager and wider team with: Email and calendar management. Booking meetings, venues, flights, and hotels. Completing expense reports for MDs and SDs. Completing weekly timesheets for MDs. Salesforce gatekeeper with regards to data monitoring and input.Assisting wider team with:Handling general office tasks, such as filing, printing, binding, scanning, and data entry. Assisting with the onboarding process of new staff. Improving and maintaining storage and retrieval systems. Ad hoc clerical duties and projects. Covering for EA holidays and absences. QualificationsActive listener with good communication skills. Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. Good time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills. Strong attention to detail. Proactive and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and within a team.
