The role involves working on projects across the Lincolnshire region, with office-based work and occasional site visits.Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.Key Responsibilities:Lead the commercial team within the companyOverseeing the commercial and financial aspects of the companyProvide advice and guidance on contractual matters, risk management, and legal implications.Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Advise and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and the Estimating department.
