Business Development Manager Cross-Border eCommerce Logistics (Remote) Competitive Salary + Commission | Remote UK | Must Have Cross-Border Logistics Experience We're working with a rapidly growing logistics provider specialising in cross-border eCommerce solutions . They're looking to hire a Business Development Manager with a strong track record in international logistics, fulfilment, and eCommerce operations . This is a fully remote, UK-based role ideal for a self-starter with in-depth industry knowledge and a passion for helping online retailers expand globally. Only applicants with experience in cross-border eCommerce logistics will be considered. The Role You'll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities in the cross-border eCommerce space. This includes self-sourcing leads, managing a healthy pipeline, and presenting tailored logistics solutions to senior decision-makers at eCommerce brands and online retailers. Key Responsibilities Identify and win new cross-border logistics clients in the eCommerce sector Generate your own leads and qualify prospects based on fit and potential Present complex logistics solutions using a consultative sales approach Negotiate commercial agreements and support the onboarding process Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction Accurately manage all pipeline activity using CRM software (Freshsales) Requirements Direct experience in cross-border eCommerce logistics (essential) Understanding of international fulfilment, customs, shipping, and last-mile delivery Confident engaging with senior stakeholders in eCommerce brands Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools Performance Expectations New Business Revenue 1.5m per annum Selling Days 4 per week (1 admin day) Client Meetings 10 per week (min. 50% face-to-face) Self-Sourced Leads 5 per week CRM & Reporting Weekly updates and accurate data entry This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who knows the cross-border logistics space and wants to play a key role in a growing, fast-paced environment.
