This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast and progressive moving group as well as working alongside experienced technicians to help and support and your career development. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals with a self-motivating attitude, with an eye for detail and able to work as part of a team within a busy, fast-moving environment. Duties and responsibilities: Carry out minor scratches by machine polishing and various cosmetic repairs to vehicle paintwork, plastic parts, glass repairs and interior fabric repairs. Carry out all tasks in line with your skills and business requirements, to the highest quality standards at all times. Maintain high standards of house- keeping Preparing vehicles for paintwork (including masking). Carrying out minor damage repairs. Polishing to remove defects from vehicle paintwork. Mixing paint to apply to vehicles. Applying paint products correctly and to a high standard. Carrying out all aspects of SMART repair to a wide range of vehicles in our workshop Cosmetic paint repairs working to our internal used car preparation standard Mixing and colour matching, painting all repaired areas to a high standard, with a polished finish. Keeping up to date and learning the industry standards of SMART repair techniques. Essential: Prior experience in a similar role preferred. Dealer experience preferred.
