We are now looking for 1 new team member to play a vital role in screening and allocating packages of support on behalf of the Home Based Reablement Service. The role includes data entry of packages of care onto a computerised scheduling system and the support and maintenance of these IT systems. You will feed into user groups so we can utilise the IT systems in the most effective way. You will work alongside a team of resource planners to assist with queries and updating systems and reports on our own IT systems. You will provide quality rostering to ensure staff are deployed in the most effective manner to utilise both time and costs. About YouThe ideal candidate will possess excellent IT skills, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. They will demonstrate outstanding organisational abilities, a professional and courteous telephone manner, and excellent communication and customer service skills. This role requires flexibility to work as part of a 7-day-a-week rota, covering 28 hours per week between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. In recognition of this, a 7% enhancement will be applied to the salary.
