We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile Part Time Facilities Admin Assistant (25 hours Per week) to join our highly experienced facilities/reception team who are responsible for delivering the highest standards of campus presentation and customer service.As a member of the team the role will vary day to day supporting both post room and reception/switchboard activities. The role will also involve dealing with telephone & customer facing enquiries at main reception, whilst on occasion you will be supporting post room duties regarding incoming & outgoing post & parcels, and other deliveries.The role will also include front facing reception/telephony role and also providing essential postal services for the University.Reporting to the Facilities supervisory team,you will have a passion and commitment to deliver excellent customer service, with an eye for detail, you should also have the commitment and ability to work within a fast paced and professional customer facing environment.Solent University offers an excellent benefits package.
