The company is looking to expand its workforce and employ several Production Operatives to join their fast-paced production team.About The Production Operative RoleManufacturing timber components based on technical drawings with robotic machinery and digital aids.Operating production machinery.Loading machinery with correct timber components and consumables.Using power tools to manually correct defects.Assembling bespoke products using staplers, nail guns, routers, saws, and other handheld power tools.Recording stock movements on company stock control systems.Involvement in all areas of the manufacturing process.Candidate RequirementsProven experience in a machine operative role.Physically fit and able to be on your feet during shifts.Good communication skills in English.Willing to learn all aspects of production and handle large components.Experience with power tools and hand tools.Computer literacy for data entry tasks.Additional DetailsTemporary to Permanent position.Night shift: 16:45-03:15 Monday to Thursday.Overtime paid after 40 hours.Opportunities for progression, including forklift training if certified.BenefitsIncreased holiday entitlement after probation.Cycle to work scheme.Free parking.Discounted gym membership.Life assurance.Free tea and coffee.Dental insurance.For more information, contact Max Cannon or submit your CV.
