The successful candidate will need strong communication and organizational skills, confidence, and adaptability to provide expert advice to a broad customer base. They will support investigations, facilitate learning, and contribute to continuous improvement and organizational knowledge. The role involves delivering health and safety presentations, representing SHEQ at meetings, and influencing diverse teams across the organization. This position requires nationwide travel and potentially overnight stays. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement strategies and plans aligned with the SHEQ strategy to enhance risk management capabilities, systems, and culture. Ensure the management system framework's SHEQ requirements are met, supporting evolution and integration into core processes. Develop and deliver an assurance plan to provide leadership with confidence over SHE risks and compliance. Contribute to improvement programs to enhance risk management and organizational learning. Support investigations and share insights to foster continuous improvement. Manage reports, communications, and engagement activities to aid decision-making on SHE risks. Provide technical SHEQ support to teams, ensuring risks are well managed and controls are effective. Advise on fostering a safety culture and support change initiatives for effective risk management.
