Job title: Parts Specialist Location: Based Newton Stewart with occasional travel Terms: Flexible Requirements: Full driving licence essential About The Role: The purpose of this role is to manage, develop and grow our expanding ATV and UTV Parts department based at our site in Newton Stewart. The role will involve managing inventory based on demand and cost targets, ensuring at all times stock levels are appropriate and available for the Workshop Manager, Trade and Retail customers. The role will involve customer service for parts ordering as well as picking and packing items. The Parts Specialist will work alongside the Workshop, Finance and Sales Managers while reporting directly to The Manager to ensure department profitability. The role will require the comprehensive use of our CRM system to successfully manage and grow the Parts department of the business. Daily Job Duties: -Internal and external Parts ordering -customer service -using our CRM system to ensure ordering is recorded and accurate -picking and packing parts to be shipped -stock check of most used parts to ensure appropriate stock levels Responsibilities: – Stock count is always accurate – Appropriate stock levels to meet demand internally and externally – Warranty knowledge is up to date – Parts area is kept tidy and organised – Ordering for workshop equipment Tagged as: numerical skills, organisation, self-motivated#J-18808-Ljbffr
