We are looking for an experienced change management professional with a proven track record of leading large transformation change programmes.Each transformation programme is instrumental in driving the company's growth ambition and achievement of strategic objectives. By guiding and leading change initiatives, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization.Boots UK has a significant portfolio of transformational change comprising multiple large scale programmes. You will take ownership of deploying the tools and capabilities required to support the delivery of a transformation programme owning the business change journey and will be accountable for documenting and assessing how this impacts team members.Key responsibilities include:Develop and deliver an integrated business change strategy approach within the transformation programme, collaborating with senior leadership to define the changestrategy and objectives, communicate the vision, and secure buy-in from stakeholdersDevelop the change management plan for the programme, identifying and sequencing activity through to delivery.Foster a culture of change readiness and adaptability within the organization with the use an organisational and business change impact assessment approach.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
