Join Our Team as an Aquatic and Activity ActivatorDid you know we have over 6,000 swimmers per week on our KAL Learn 2 Swim programme? As our programme grows, we need our workforce to expand accordingly. We are now recruiting for anAquatic and Activity Activator . There are Grade B and Grade C roles available, depending on experience. Benefits of the Aquatic and Activity Activator Role26 days of annual leave plus 8.5 public holidays, with an additional 5 days after 5 years of service Staff and family discounted memberships Good quality pension scheme Wide range of career development opportunities Minimum RequirementsSwim England (STA) Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent (e.g., STA), with internal training and RPL during the first 6 months RLSS National Pool Lifeguard or NRASTC Qualification, or ability to complete within the first 3 months of employment Flexibility to work daytime, evening, and weekend hours At least 6 months' experience in aquatics and activity roles, either through work or volunteering Grade C or previous experience supervising staff, or the ability to do so ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality sessions following the Swim England Learn to Swim/School Swimming Charter Scheme, ensuring excellent customer experiences Use KAL's recording systems to communicate children's progression to parents and teachers effectively Please note: This advert may close earlier than the stated closing date if a high volume of applications is received.
