This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, award-winning business with a reputation for creativity, amazing guest experiences, and a people-focused culture.The Role:You will be based in central London, with responsibility for the Regional hotels including an iconic riverside property and a vibrant London destination youll lead the full financial strategy and operations for the region and will acting as the commercial business partner to the Regional General Manager, whom you will help to drive profitability, performance, and provide financial insight across all key functions.This is a true leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on blending hands-on finance management with commercial influence and strategic planning.Your Key Responsibilities will include: Lead, develop and manage the finance teamOversee financial operations, forecasting, and budgeting for the London regionPartner with property and group leadership to influence decision-making and drive performanceDeliver insightful financial analysis and reporting for groupManage cost controls, cash flow, payroll forecasting and capital planningEnsure compliance with internal controls, policies, and local regulationsCoach and mentor both finance and non-finance leaders in commercial best practicesWhat Were Looking For:Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)Proven experience in a senior finance role within hospitality, leisure, or a fast-paced, service-driven environmentProven commercial awareness and strong communication skillsA hands-on, collaborative leader who can work cross-functionallyA passion for luxury hospitality or lifestyle hotels would be beneficialThe Offer:Competitive six figure base salary + bonus + benefitsHybrid working with 4 days onsite and 1 working from home.Exceptional company culture with genuine autonomy and long-term growth prospectsInterested?If youre a strategic finance leader looking for your next challenge in a purpose-led hospitality group, wed love to hear from you.
