This role offers progression and looking for someone to be a key player in a growing small (multi-disciplinary) Land and Propertyconsultancy. Responsibilities Development Management Review schemes - market research, viability, some appraisal work Manage client relationships - some business development, promotion at events & networking Land agency some sales & some land selling and sales progression (to ensure fee) Report/ tender writing and some framework understanding Qualifications/Requirements You should have some understanding of Development Management/Project Management Land and Property Management experience Planning knowledge would be beneficial This role is being handled byChloe, PW Construction Recruitment .
