Youll work alongside a dynamic sales team and report into a highly experienced Head of Sales who values autonomy, pace, and entrepreneurial thinking.What Youll Be Doing:Managing and growing major grocery retail accounts, including Tesco and MorrisonsDeveloping and delivering customer strategies and annual joint business plansWorking closely with supply chain, marketing, and innovation teamsLeading negotiations and promotional planning to drive visibility and salesUsing data and market insight to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curveRepresenting the brand with passion and professionalism in all retailer interactionsAbout YouYoull already be working at National Account Manager or National Account Executive level, with a proven background in FMCG and hands-on experience managing top UK grocery customers.Youre results-focused, commercially driven, and bring the energy and agility needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
