Role DescriptionThis is a part-time or full-time on-site Sonographer (Reporting) role located in Aberdeen. The Sonographer will be responsible for performing diagnostic medical sonography procedures and preparing detailed reports for patients. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic imaging services.The Sonographer will be required to participate during interventional procedures as part of a team.Qualifications and Skills:Sonography and/ or Radiography DegreeExperience and qualifications in ultrasound reportingHCPC RegistrationGood understanding and experience in RIS and PACS systemsKnowledge of the application of different imaging procedures and how images are appropriately shared and storedMust be able to undertake ultrasound examinations of the following areas: abdomen, pelvis, gynecology, soft tissue, vascular (adults).
