This large-scale scheme includes seven buildings – four high-rise, two low-rise new builds, and one major refurbishment – with a three-year build programme and PCSA stage.Senior Quantity Surveyor – £60k–£70k We’re seeking a commercially astute and detail-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience on £50m+ projects for Tier 1 main contractors. You’ll collaborate closely with construction and design teams, manage subcontractor accounts, and support the project’s financial success from procurement through to final accounts. <...
