We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of live sites, with a strong preference for those with experience in white walling, composite panels/ cladding systems.This role requires regular UK travel and overnight stays (typically MonWed), with Fridays based in their modern Grimsby office.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all site activities to meet programme and quality targetsManage site teams, subcontractors, plant, and logisticsEnsure compliance with health & safety and site documentation standardsLiaise with clients, Contracts Manager, and QS team on progress, variations, and costsMonitor material deliveries, labour requirements, and site efficienciesDeliver successful snagging, handovers, and completion processesWhat Were Looking For:3+ years' experience in a Site Manager role within constructionExperience in white walling, composite panels, or cladding is highly advantageousSMSTS (or willing to obtain), full UK driving licenceISO9001Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skillsIT proficient (MS Office essential)Strong knowledge of H&S and construction best practicesWhat We Offer:Competitive salary: 40,00050,000 DOECompany car, pension & health plan (post-probation)25 days holiday + bank holidaysExciting projects with blue-chip clientsGrowth potential in a dynamic and supportive teamTPBN1_UKTJ
