This is NOT a job for the faint of heart or for someone who enjoys waiting around for instructions. We move fast, we experiment, we test, we break things (in a good way), and we iterate until we win.You'll be responsible for:Managing and optimising marketing strategies across seven brands with a team of 11 talented marketers under your wing.Scaling campaigns across paid, organic, and referral channelsbecause marketing is changing at a rapid pace and we need to be firing on many fronts. Identifying and executing growth opportunities that others miss. We dont just want to keep upwe want to lead the charge.Working closely with the product, dev, and ops teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.Mastering ad platforms, creative execution, A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and product-led growthbecause growth isn't just about marketing, it's about smart business decisions.Doing whatever it takes to drive results.
