We operate across 19 prisons in the South of England, providing mental health, physical health, pharmacy, and substance misuse services in an integrated healthcare model. ResponsibilitiesProvide specialist mental healthcare to offenders as part of the Mental Health In-Reach Team and wider mental health services. Perform assessments, screening, triage, evidence-based interventions, care planning, and risk assessments. Manage a challenging caseload, including offenders with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Contribute to reducing inpatient admissions and facilitate early discharges through high-intensity interventions and complex case management. Work closely with community mental health teams to ensure continuity of care. RequirementsCompleted preceptorship training or have at least 6 months post-qualification experience. Willingness to undertake National Security Vetting for prison work. Proof of right to work, including ID and address verification.
