Installation AV Engineer Basic salary dependant on experience £35,000 - £40,000 20 days holiday Monday to Friday (optional overtime) Company Mobile Phone & Laptop AV Talent are pleased to be add another award winning suppier of AV to high end residential customers Your Responsibilities ● Installing and configuring home automation systems such as Control4 and Crestron. ● Setting up structured cabling and IT networks, including WiFi solutions. ● Installing and maintaining access control, intruder alarms, and CCTV systems. ● Designing and implementing TV reception systems (SMATV, MATV, IRS). ● Configuring lighting control systems such as Lutron, DALI, and DMX. ● Installing audio-visual solutions, including video walls, PA systems, and home cinemas. ● Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail on every project. What We're Looking For ● A minimum of 3 years' experience working with AV technology. ● Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. ● Excellent construction and practical skills. ● A valid CSCS card or CEDIA & InfoComm recognised qualifications (preferred but not essential). ● Self-discipline, reliability, and a strong work ethic. ● A trustworthy and loyal professional with an appetite to learn. ● Non-smoker, due to the nature of the working environments.
