Mechanical/Commercial Project Manager Location: Midlands-Based (National Travel Required) Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Company Vehicle/Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 (Hybrid – 1 day per week in Nuneaton office) Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical/Commercial Project Manager to join a dynamic team delivering large-scale renewable energy installations across the UK. This role focuses on the end-to-end management of Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) projects, valued between £100k and £750k. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical and renewable energy projects * Oversee site supervisors and coordinate subcontractors on-site * Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the delivery phase * Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and mitigate risks * Ensure compliance with MCS and Renewable Heat Incentive schemes * Use MS Project and Primavera for scheduling and reporting * Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits Requirements: * HNC in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering * SSSTS or SMSTS certification * Proven experience in project management within mechanical or renewable sectors * Familiarity with MCS standards and Renewable Heat Incentive frameworks * Strong communication skills and client-facing experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Primavera What’s on Offer: * Company vehicle or car allowance * Performance-based bonus structure * 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays * Paid mileage for work-related travel * Hybrid working model with weekly office access in Nuneaton * Company-provided laptop and phone * On-site parking * Pension scheme and professional development support Interview Process: * Stage 1: Initial interview via Microsoft Teams * Stage 2: Face-to-face interview (2 hours) Contact Jacob from HVAC for more information
