Customer Service Role Overview: Based in Portsmouth, our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their growing and supportive team. Reporting in to a very knowledgeable manager, you will ensure customers receive an excellent service with quick and accurate responses, all whilst adding a personal touch to enhance customer satisfaction. What the Customer Service role will involve: Handling and resolving customer queries through a variety of channels. Ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times. Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Maintaining the in-house CRM system to ensure accurate data is held and follow-ups are provided where necessary.
