Job DescriptionOverviewDue to recent growth and our technology, we're growing our control tower team and looking for you to join us as our Facilities Manager. You will take full ownership of our facilities management and Health and safety processes. We provide competitive compensation packages, continuous professional development opportunities, and a chance to be part of a forward-thinking team transforming the future of supply chain automation.Key Responsibilities:Manage external contractors and supplier relationships.Manage maintenance schedules, communicate internally and externally.Be responsible for the on-site office Health and safety ensuring all processes are being followed.Managing any defects/ on site maintenance issues.Assist in health and safety campaigns, engaging the team to develop a pro-active safety culture.Ensure Contractor and Visitor safety at all times when on site.Contractor management including contractor induction, permits to work and works inspection.Ensure site facilities are managed in accordance with Health and Safety policy and procedures.
