Youll architect the vision for how Social, Influencer/KOL, Email/SMS, and Google Ads work together to move customers from first touch to lifelong advocatesall while safeguarding brand voice and accelerating revenue.About Somos DigitalSomos Digital is a performance-driven creative partner for ambitious brands. From full-funnel launches to evergreen retention programs, we create work that feels human and performs like a machine.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Growth Strategy Build quarterly roadmaps that connect awareness, engagement, and conversion across social, KOL, email/SMS, and paid search.Team Leadership Coach and inspire a team (channel managers, designers, copywriters). Set OKRs, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of feedback and experimentation.Performance Optimization Direct A/B tests, segment analyses, and creative iterations to lift CAC /LTV, CTR, CVR, and retention. Translate data into actionable insights for both creative and media teams.Budget & Forecasting Own channel budgets, pacing, and scenario planning.
