This is a pivotal opportunity for a proven CEO, Managing Director or Commercial Director to step into a leadership role at a key inflection point in the companys journey.The OpportunityLead the commercial and operational strategy to unlock scalable, profitable growth.Build a high-performing leadership team and embed a performance-led culture.Drive operational excellence across a multi-site and mobile engineering workforce.Expand customer channels and improve margins through pricing and service innovation.Execute and integrate strategic bolt-on acquisitions.Prepare the business for value realisation in partnership with a supportive private equity sponsor.Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a commercially-minded and execution-focused leader who brings:A successful track record of senior leadership in B2B industrial services, engineering, maintenance or technical field service businesses.Experience managing distributed or mobile workforces across multi-site operations.Strong commercial instincts with a track record of driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer development.Operational discipline with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to process improvement and team leadership.Ideally, prior experience operating in a private equity-backed or fast-paced, performance-led environment.This role offers significant autonomy, leadership impact, and long-term incentive potential, including equity participation.
