Job Description

Administrator – Temp to Perm Mansfield Full-time, Office Based Temporary to Permanent Start by being paid weekly - £12.50 per hour.  Are you at the start of your career and looking for an opportunity to grow? Do you have some customer service or admin experience and looking to develop this further? We’re working with a well-established business that’s looking to bring in a bright, motivated individual to support their Sales team. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity – perfect for someone who wants to develop a long-term career with full support and training provided! What you’ll be doing: Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries (by phone, email, and face-to-face) Processing customer orders and updating the CRM system Preparing invoices, managing stock levels, and arranging re-orders Supporting the Sales team with admin, reporting, and lead tracking Liaising with transport companies and suppliers to coordinate deliveries Helping maintain accurate documentation and paperwork What we’re looking for: Some experience in customer service or administration  Confident communication and a positive, can-do attitude Willingness to learn and develop in a positive environment Good organisational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook – CRM experience a bonus!)
