The roadmap includes applications, systems, data and technology projects that are consistent with the Safran Nacelles roadmap and with the needs of the Burnley site. * Working closely with the site's operational teams and Continuous Improvement function to identify the priority areas for digital transformation, and build this into the site's improvement plan. * Deploy these projects by ensuring their technical configuration is aligned to the site's needs, and the appropriate change management takes place to ensure a genuine digital transformation. * Ensure that accurate and timely data is easily available to all internal stakeholders and help to create a culture of data-driven decision making. * Where appropriate, identify where the Safran Nacelles roadmap fails to meet the needs of the site, and identify potential pilot projects which can be tested locally and then deployed elsewhere within Safran * Be a Digital referent for the site, acting as a focal point for ensuring the site understands and embraces digital transformation, and leading the engagement with the Safran Nacelles digital transformation team. * To ensure the delivery of projects by using project management tools and methodology. This includes: * The specification, planning, implementation of all necessary software and hardware requirements. * Ensuring the training of operators and support staff, including the creation of supporting training documents. * Support the operational teams in any improvements during deployment. * Identify & escalate any risks or concerns in relation to product or people safety using the company tools & processes.
